Overview of Return to Merchant Authorization (RMA) orders

Introduction

In Exact Globe Next you can create and edit RMA orders (Return Merchandiser Authorization) under E-Sales Order. RMA orders are created when delivered items are returned by customers. In RMA orders, the customer’s reason for returning the items needs to be recorded. This allows you to monitor the returns and to make reports based on the reasons.
